The flavour reinforces the pepper and blackberry with the addition of cedar and coffee elements. Full bodied with soft ripe tannins and good length.

This wine is another lovely Pyrenees
shiraz produced by Bonindra.
The aroma is a combination of
pepper, blackberry and plum and the
flavour complements this with an
addition of cedar and coffee
elements. Eighteen months in
French oak hogsheads has produced
a well balanced wine, full bodied
with rounded tannins.
