This wine is another lovely Pyrenees
shiraz produced by Bonindra.
The aroma is a combination of
pepper, blackberry and plum and the
flavour complements this with an
addition of cedar and coffee
elements. Eighteen months in
French oak hogsheads has produced
a well balanced wine, full bodied
with rounded tannins.
Cellaring potential: 4-5 years.
