2006 SHIRAZ

The wine has an aroma that is a combination of cloves, blackberry and plum. The flavour reinforces the pepper and blackberry with the addition of cedar and coffee elements. Full bodied with soft ripe tannins and good length.

Cellaring potential: 5-6 years.

The sweet cassis, licorice and blackberry aromas are enhanced by a complex flavour of dark fruit and cedar elements adding to the cassis. Well balanced with integration of flavours. A full bodied wine with good length and an elegant finish. Cellaring Potential 5 to 8 years

2008 HARRISON SHIRAZ

This wine is another lovely Pyrenees shiraz produced by Bonindra. The aroma is a combination of pepper, blackberry and plum and the flavour complements this with an addition of cedar and coffee elements. Eighteen months in French oak hogsheads has produced a well balanced wine, full bodied with rounded tannins. Cellaring potential: 4-5 years.
